In a judgment-free space, you’ll receive the tools to heal and care for yourself—with unfiltered honesty every step of the way.
You’ll discover your worth and feel empowered at your own pace.
You'll explore your feelings deeply and work through them with evidence-based, science-backed practices.
At Evolve Therapy and Consulting, the focus is on you and the connection we build together.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation to find out if we are the right fit for each other. This gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions you might have regarding therapy.
Rates at Evolve Therapy & Consulting are $200 for the initial intake session, and $150 per session after that.
No, I don't accept insurance directly. However, I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that helps you get reimbursed for out-of-network therapy sessions.
Mentaya handles the paperwork, submits claims, and follows up with insurance—saving you the hassle. If you have out-of-network benefits, you can easily see if you qualify here. They charge a 5% fee per claim, with a money-back guarantee if your claim isn't successfully submitted.
I understand that sometimes things come up. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee, as it is unlikely I will be able to fill that time on such short notice.
Yep! I offer in-person sessions in my office in Cañon City, Colorado, as well as virtual sessions via Google Meet.
I do not take on children as clients. I find I do my best work with adults ages 25 and older.
